Salt Lake City is America’s Jell-O-eating capital. Every man, woman and child in Salt Lake City buys two boxes of the stuff annually, or twice the national average, says Mary Jane Kinkade of Jell-O brand gelatin-maker Kraft Foods. Utah residents also eat twice as much lime Jell-O as anyone else on the planet.
Due to this I thought I would post a recipe using green Jell-O just to give you the flavor of Utah! Once you try it I am sure you will be so impressed you will want a vacation in Utah – give us a call we have the perfect accommodations for you and your family…

We skied at 4 resorts in 4 days – Snowbird, Canyons, Park City and Solitude. This was a family trip with our 2 teenage boys taken before the oldest goes of to Ohio State this fall. We loved coming back from skiing and sitting in the hot tub. The condo was great, very comfortable. Would come back here again. Thanks for everything.- Price Family - Cincinnati, Ohio
