Beginner or expert, there are a few things you can do before you take off for your ski vacation. A jog around the block a week before is not enough. To prepare properly you need to start an exercise program at least two months in advance.

We skied at 4 resorts in 4 days – Snowbird, Canyons, Park City and Solitude. This was a family trip with our 2 teenage boys taken before the oldest goes of to Ohio State this fall.
