Beginner or expert, there are a few things you can do before you take off for your ski vacation. A jog around the block a week before is not enough. To prepare properly you need to start an exercise program at least two months in advance.
Since ski season is just around the corner, I have found a video to whip you in shape just in time so when you hit the slopes you are ready!
