Summer is coming to an end and it has gone too fast! But I do love the festivals and fairs that pop up all over the state. So much fun and a lot of nostalgia for me brings me back to when I was a kid! One of my favorite things are corn dogs – honestly you just cannot get a corn dog any where that compares to the fair. Not very good for you but what fair food is! It is the one time to let your hair down and enjoy simple pleasures.
